This guy was tailgating and weaving through traffic.
It was some old man driving who was driving. He ended up cutting off the guy in the work truck and getting off at the next exit anyway (at top of the hill) . Have you seen worse?
On a side note, look at how low the Model S gets at highway speed compared to that Chevy. It looks good at that height. Its kind of an angry "stance."
